SELECTED HIGHLIGHTS

Orchestras for All

As the Associate Conductor of Orchestras For All, I have the privilege of working with young people from across the UK. I am part of the team that delivers the Modulo days and the National Orchestra for All (NOFA) in Birmingham. I also contribute to the Music Leadership Training programme, leading workshops and CPD sessions nationwide.

SALVATORE

With the fantastic Sonoram team, I had the honour of conducting a world-class orchestra in recording outstanding orchestral music for award-winning director Luca Guadagnino. The session took place at King’s Place, London and the documentary was premiered at the Venice Film Festival. You can listen to the recording here.

Grace davies

I had the pleasure of conducting a phenomenal string section for Grace Davies and Paul Whalley at RAK Studios in London.

It was a truly rewarding experience to collaborate with such outstanding professionals—impeccable session musicians whose precision, musicality, and creativity brought the project to life.

Bandabardò

Here’s the live performance with Bandabardò for the country’s largest concert on 1st May. The event took place in Rome’s biggest square, in front of a vast audience, and was broadcast on national television.

It was an unforgettable experience to be part of such an iconic occasion, sharing the stage with incredible musicians and performing at a celebration of music on such a grand scale.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

A classroom lecture with a male instructor pointing at a presentation slide titled "Acoustics" on a white screen. Several students are seated at tables, watching and listening, with notes and water bottles on the tables. The classroom has a whiteboard with handwritten notes on the left and framed documents or posters on the wall to the right.

“Working with Rocco was an absolute pleasure. Vastly experienced, incredibly knowledgeable, impressively talented and absolutely dedicated to music. Add to that the fact that he's an enormously kind and personable human being and you've got the complete package! “

"I witnessed Rocco expertly explain the intricacies of sounds and acoustics and the impact it has one the way we teach and learn to a group of academics and practitioners. Rocco was engaging, thoughtful, and clear in his descriptions and explanations - which was perfect for our audience. Many of my colleagues mentioned that his session was one of the best they had attended and it was clearly going to impact their work."
